Revitalize Silverstone Ranch Community
We, the undersigned residents and concerned community members, call for a positive transformation of the Silverstone Ranch community. Once a vibrant golf club community known for its beauty and serenity, Silverstone Ranch has sadly fallen into disrepair and neglect, leaving behind a wake of abandoned property, hazards, and mounting financial burdens.
In 2015, the Silverstone Ranch golf course permanently closed its doors, despite years of legal battles involving the bankrupt golf course owner, the HOA, and the lender. The course, once an oasis of greenery and tranquility, now lies barren and derelict. Dead trees, dried-up landscaping, and hazardous waste have replaced the picturesque views and recreational amenities that once defined this community.
The Current Situation:
The neglect of the former golf course poses a danger to our community and threatens to plunge us into foreclosure due to mounting tax liens and debts. The only viable solution is to repurpose this abandoned space, with the approval of 75% of homeowners, to ensure it becomes an asset to our community once more.
Our Proposed Solution:
We propose that homeowners in Silverstone Ranch consider collaborating with Frenchman Ranch to reimagine and revitalize this space. By joining forces with Frenchman Ranch, we can collectively decide what amenities should replace the abandoned golf course and prevent the construction of multifamily housing units, which would negatively impact our community’s character.
Our goal is to restore Silverstone Ranch to its former glory as a beautiful, thriving community that we can all be proud to call home. By adding your name to this petition, you are supporting our efforts to give the community a voice in determining the future of this space.
We believe that with the support of our fellow community members, we can work together to shape a brighter future for Silverstone Ranch. We urge all area residents to add their names to this petition to demonstrate our collective commitment to preserving the unique character and appeal of our neighborhood.
