- We are not affiliated with the Homeowners Association.
- We are neither a party to the litigation nor a contributing factor to the situation.

Our track record speaks for itself. We’ve built communities all over Southern Nevada that people are proud to call home. We look to partner with homeowners, not sue them and make enemies of them.
We believe in speaking frankly:
No, we will not rebuild and operate the Golf Course. As a neighborhood amenity, golf courses are expensive and environmentally problematic to operate. Southern Nevada is in a drought, and golf courses require too much precious water. It’s just not possible to operate the Golf Course. But there are other amenities that you could have. Imagine being within walking distance to a shady park, pickleball courts, a rec center, a clubhouse with a restaurant, tennis and basketball courts, dog walks, playgrounds, or a natural walking and hiking trail. The list is only limited by your imagination.
We don’t know yet. We partner with homeowners to build communities that add unique amenities. Our development plans are going to be driven by, in part, you, the Silverstone Ranch homeowner.
